FALSE TWIST TEXTURING

False twist texturing comprises ICBT, Barmag and Murata machinery producing a wide range of single and double heater yarns. Products range from fine decitex nylon 6.6 hosiery yarns through to medium decitex package dyed yarns to near micro- fibre yarns in single, two ply and 4 ply.

Our Murata cross belt texturing machine is especially suited for processing high bulk dyed polyester yarns. Package dyed nylon yarns are produced on double heater machines giving better stitch clarity. A double heater Scragg SDS has been recently commissioned, which will enable further capacity and flexibility.

  Polyester and Nylon Product Range 

AIR TEXTURED YARNS

Air textured yarns are produced in both natural and dyed for a variety of end uses such as sewing threads, furnishings and automotive fabrics using polyester, nylon and polypropylene. 

Air textured yarns are manufactured on Eltex machinery using individually driven spindles for flexibility and short runs.

TWISTING

If required, yarns are twisted to either 80 or 120 tpm using Murata, RPR and ICBT 2:1 twisting machines.
